If your order is not right for you, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days, subject to the conditions below.
7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Return Condition
Returned products must be unused, unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. All original tags, packaging and included items should remain intact.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by LEEVARA. Once the return is approved, the refund will be initiated to the applicable payment method.
7-Day Exchange Window
Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
Exchange Condition
Items submitted for exchange must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Inspection
LEEVARA reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the item shows signs of use, damage, washing, alteration, missing tags or any condition that prevents it from being resold as new.
